Principal’s Message

Hi Meadow Ridge Parents!

We hope this finds you rested up after winter break and ready to begin a happy, healthy new year!

Our students are the heart and soul of our school and I absolutely can’t wait to welcome them back onsite! Our school and staff are ready, but at this time, our District has not set a start date for the Hybrid model to begin. I will let you know as soon as I do and will schedule a parent forum to share information.

Marcie Barnhart, Meadow Ridge’s Office Manager extraordinaire, and I are trying out a new parent communication platform. Our goal is for you to be able to access this quickly and have the information you need in one place.

Here are a few things about this week:

  • New this week- optional Social Time for students on Wednesday following the Read Aloud. See more information below.
  • Reading Assessments are happening school-wide
  • PTC (Parent Teacher Council) is rescheduled for February 9th

Here are a few things that are coming up next week:

  • January 18th – Martin Luther King Jr. Day – no school
