To successfully complete enrollment, you will need the following items:
*Child’s proof of age
*Child’s up to date immunization record
*Parent’s proof of address (one of the following)
- Current Property Tax Bill with parent/guardian name and property address
- Current Rental or Lease agreement with parent/guardian name, student name, and address as well as owner’s name and phone number
- Documents related to the purchase of the residence with parent/guardian name and property address
- Utility bill dated within 30 days of the application date from one of the following utility sources:
- Gas
- Water sewer
- Garbage
- Electricity
Your child must be 5 years as of September 1st to enroll in kindergarten.
